With years of experience in interior design, I have worked with many clients. Some want to build unique homestays, while others hope to add a leisure room in their yard. All share the same core needs: great looks, functionality, and flexibility.
Traditional buildings rarely satisfy all three. Stylish designs often cost too much and take too long to build. Practical options usually lack visual appeal.
That changed when I discovered modern A-frame houses, expandable tiny homes, and modern frame houses. They offer a perfect mix of aesthetics and practicality. Today I will share my professional experience and real client cases with you.

Both private and business clients face similar problems when choosing prefabricated structures.
First, poor appearance. Many prefab houses have simple designs and rough materials. They cannot fit modern home or commercial scenes and ruin the overall look.
Second, low space efficiency. Small tiny houses feel cramped and fail to meet diverse needs.
Third, weak adaptability. Different scenes and terrains need different sizes and layouts. Standard prefab houses allow little customization. They also lack durability and often develop quality issues over time.
Modern A-frame houses go beyond old-fashioned designs. They use clean lines, modern elements, and flexible color schemes. They create a minimalist, high-end homestay style and match modern courtyard environments perfectly.
The A-shaped roof also provides excellent rain and snow drainage, making it suitable for many climates.
Expandable tiny homes solve the problem of cramped space. You can expand them freely based on your needs. They stay compact daily but double in usable space when extended.
The expansion parts use a modular system for easy setup and removal, making them highly flexible and practical.
Modern frame houses focus on strength and stability. They use a solid modern frame structure and support full customization of size and layout.
They work well as homestays, leisure rooms, or temporary offices. The spacious interior allows personalized interior design to match different tastes.
One of my most memorable clients runs homestays in a mountain forest. He used all three types together.
Modern A-frame houses served as star homestays and quickly became popular photo spots.
Expandable tiny homes acted as extra guest rooms to handle peak visitor numbers.
Modern frame houses functioned as the reception center.
The whole project looked unified yet distinctive.
He said: “These houses look amazing and are highly practical. Expandable homes handle changing guest flows. Modern frame houses are strong and long-lasting. All are factory-prefabricated, so we saved a lot of time and cost. Our guests love them.”
Another private client wanted a leisure room for tea and reading in his yard. I suggested a modern frame house with a custom layout to fit his yard size. I also added simple design elements from modern A-frame houses.
The building blended naturally into the courtyard and fully met his leisure needs.
He commented: “The house looks beautiful and matches my yard perfectly. It’s spacious, quiet, and well-insulated. I enjoy reading and drinking tea here. Construction was fast and didn’t disturb our daily life.”

As a designer, I believe great spaces must be both practical and attractive. These three products achieve exactly that.
The manufacturer has a professional design team. It creates custom plans based on client needs, scenes, and aesthetic preferences.
All products use eco-friendly, high-strength materials for high durability and easy maintenance. They suit both personal and commercial use.
